By using the site, or any tuition/academic service offered by Saint Patrick Catholic School, (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, and agree to, this policy.’s data collection and use policy.

You must first register, and select a password to use our services. During registration, please provide your name, phone number, email address and physical address. We use this information to create/build your account, and to contact you in regards to any academic/tuition or service questions.

If you wish apply for admission, additional information or attend an open house, you must provide your email and physical address.  We may also require financial information such as credit card number, expiration expiry date and CCV. We use that data for application processing. If we have trouble processing your application, we will contact you based on your registration profile.

Other Sources
We collect usage data whenever you interact with our website. This includes pages you visit, clicks, time of action and geo location, if applicable. Our servers also keep logs that store data each time a particular device is used. The log files contain information about the nature of each interaction, including IP. If you land at our website from an another site or source (such as a link or an email), we record information about the referrral source.  From time to time, we use third party tracking services that use cookies and tags (also known as beacons) to collect, aggregated and anonymized data about visitors to our website. This data includes usage and user statistics, but not personally identifiable information.

Surveys & Contests
From time to time, we launch surbeys and contests. If you participate, we may request certain types of personally identifiable information. Participation in a survey or contest is voluntary, and you have a choice whether or not to provide any information. What communications can you expect from
Calendar, KnightlyNews, PTO Information and other Service Related Announcements
On occasion we send you information on school life, schedule, forms, special events and promotions (if you opt-in on our registration page). If you no longer wish to receive this type of communication, you can opt-out through the link in the emails.

Newsletters publishes a number of newsletters . If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. You can opt-out at any time.

Service-related Announcements
If our service is undergoing maintenance or other concern, we may email you to notify you of the situation. You may not opt-out of these emails, since they affect the services you have paid for.  These emails or notices are not promotional in nature, and part of our academic/administrative service process.  To end these emails, you generally have to graduate from our school.

Customer Service
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcome emails to verify your username and password. We also send a number of on-boarding emails which bring you up to speed with our services at We will also answer questions with regard to the services you requested, and management of your account. We will communicate with you through our ticketing system, via email, and by phone.

We share aggregate information about users for marketing purposes. We also share aggregate information with third party providers, in order to provide the services. We do not link aggregate data with any personally identifiable information about you.

Personally identifiable information
We share personally identifiable information (PII) with certain third parties, in order to provide you with Services. For example, we use credit card processing for billing (Stripe, Paypal etc) to bill you for services, and share PII with them to do so. They do not retain, share, store or use PII for any other purpose. In certain circumstances, we may share PII with our suppliers (data and inventory exchanges).
